Rachel Martin, MA is the Assistant Vice President of Practice Management at Mackenzie Investments. She holds a Master of Leadership and Organizational Behaviour degree from the University of Guelph. Her advanced learnings also include Women in Leadership, Coaching for Leaders, and Foundations of Business Analysis.

With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Rachel provides thought leadership and works closely with thousands of advisors in various distribution channels across Canada. Rachel’s speciality is working with advisors on business development, leadership, and technology. In addition to coaching and consulting, she is invited regularly as a keynote speaker at financial industry dealer conferences.

Shazia Siddiqi
Director, Practice Management Team at Mackenzie Investments

Shazia Siddiqi is the Director of Practice Management at Mackenzie Investments. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Concordia University in Montreal. With over 20 years of industry experience, Shazia provides thought leadership around business development, relationship building, wealth management and portfolio modeling for Financial Advisors across Canada. In addition to working with advisors, she is also a speaker at conferences within the industry. She brings a passion for the area of personal and business performance and unlocking the keys to success that help advisors commit to focused action and achieve their goals.
